The journey began for us around 2005, when we built a traditional woodfired oven in our backyard at Cobdogla.
Soon after, we began experimenting with ingredients and flavours for our homemade bread.
Living in South Australia's key food and wine region, we began using the best ingredients it had to offer.
Today, Backyard Bread has created an innovative and delicious range of handmade products using the finest produce from our growers which also compliment the Riverland's fine wines, boutique beers and locally roasted coffee.
We feel our Backyard Bread range showcases the diverse flavours of the ingredients gathered from throughout the region, and we are proud to be part of its progressive food and wine industry.
Our products are available at our Tasting Cafe and Providore as well as various outlets throughout South Australia and beyond.
